SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride in delivering your order as quickly as possible.  We do our best to make sure that all orders received prior to 1pm CST on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day.  Orders received after 1pm CST are shipped the next business day, excluding holidays.  You will receive updates all along the way, from confirmation, to shipping (including tracking information).  Due to our location in the central United States, most orders are received between 1-3 business days, excluding carrier delays.  If you wish to expedite your order, please contact us via the information provided below, preferably ahead of placing your order, so that we can make sure you receive the service you require.  

It is never a bad idea to plan ahead.  Larger than normal volumes of orders have been experienced throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, mail carrier delivery times and schedules can cause delays.  We find that the best practice is to order when you are half-way through your regularly used products.  

Help is always available; whether you have questions about your order or require support.  Due to the fact that we are a faith-based small business, we don’t limit ourselves to normal business hours.  We welcome your inquiries at any time of day or night, holiday or otherwise.   by way of the following:

RETURN POLICY

We strive for the highest quality products from our labs to your front door.  We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy, permitted that no more than 1/8 of the product has been consumed or has been damaged outside of carrier negligence. (Carrier negligence is defined as receipt of damaged goods and must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your product).  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please provide notice to Tom@911rollon.com with your request, and we will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at your discretion.  

Our Credit Merchant requires that we inform you that refunds can take up to 7 business days depending solely on the queue they are working with.  In many cases, refunds are seen in 2-3 business days, but it is important to us for you to be aware that sometimes, through no control of our own, it can take a bit longer for your refund to process.
